Philip Rosenauer studied commercial law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (LL.M.) and completed several courses in the course of his study abroad at Tsinghua University (Peking, China). Thereafter he completed a doctoral program with his thesis “Legal analysis of alternative financing models compared to traditional bank loans with a focus on alternative investments” at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Philip Rosenauer currently works in the corporate/M&A department at PHH Prochaska Havranek Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG and advises national and international clients in commercial and corporate law, as well as capital market law. Further emphasis is placed on the consultation of start-ups and investors.
